Strength and Conditioning

Our student-athletes in grade 7-12 are also encouraged to attend out of season strength and conditioning workouts this summer with our Strength and Conditioning Coach Tommy Showerman. Workout schedules will be given to head coaches of each program and are offered at numerous times through the week Monday-Thursday. This is a state of the art training program that is provided through the athletic department. Our student-athletes and families don’t need to spend time and money with individual or personal strength and conditioning training sessions.

Information for other sports and out of season opportunities will be announced as information becomes available.
